1. CREATION & DESIGN
Our design team is at your disposal to develop new products based on your needs and market. We will propose you a large range of creative lingerie.
In association with our sourcing specialists, we will renew your basics and develop fashionable one-shot products with innovative materials selected from international trends. You have an idea we will concretise, you have a need we will suggest and propose.
Our team will assist you in each step and will offer you a range of CAD, for small requests or for complete development and creation.
Our designers create new prints, laces & embroideries to ensure the exclusivity of your models.
Wayson provides 2 new collections a year, incorporating
new trends of materials, colors and shapes. Those collections highlight new lines with padded-wire-triangle bra, top, brief, tanga, shorty, babydoll, body, corsets ready to buy or picking.
2. DEVELOPMENT & FITTING
As the pre-production step is the basis of a qualitative production, our team is really attentive and efficient on samples.
Our sample-room regroup pattern-makers, modelists, technician and sewing workers. They are trained to respect your request on the fitting and patterns and provide detailed size charts adapted to your market. They can develop samples from your own technical files or customize your needs. We have a capacity of 1000 samples per month.
3. PRODUCTION
Our factory is based in the heart in China. Our capacity of production reaches 450000 pcs per month. Our suppliers are in 50 km radius to lower environmental impacts.
The foam cups and hanger products are integrated in the factory for a better flexibility.
Our workers are following regular training to keep the highest technical skills. We guarantee productivity and efficiency with professional production methods in the respect of our workers well-being.
We are fully compliant with international and European standards and we are passing regular audits with our currents clients. Our factory work with BSCI and OEKOTEX certifications and provide sustainable material certified GRS / OCS for the respect of environment.
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our quality management system controls all steps of production to ensure we can offer to our clients the best quality. Our inspection rate level is nearly 95% passed.
All materials are compliant with Reach regulation. We provide Oekotex process & labelling.
Our QA and QC team are strongly informed of the importance of theses performances for your sales and will be your guarantee along the full process.
5. EXPORT
Wayson is familiar with all kind of documents for shipment and payment. We will simplify your mission by ensuring the process is carried smoothly. Wherever you are in the world, our team will adapt to your needs.
